[RL with Mireille, forward-dated to Monday]

Karen could see a pattern happening. Three days in a row, she'd gone to sleep, and woken up with someone who wasn't there before. While she hoped that would be the end of it, she was a realist, so she'd gone to bed expecting to be with yet another seemingly random person from the community in the morning. She'd even made sure to fall asleep in a neutral position this time, one that wouldn't lead to any unnecessary embarrassment on anyone's part.

Of course, none of this mattered once she was asleep.

In her sleep, Karen had found something warm and soft next to her, and snuggled up to it. The resulting sensation brought back memories of feelings that naturally immediately invaded her dreams, leading her to cling to it and, of all things, cry a little bit.

So it was that, when morning came, Karen's arms were wrapped around Mireille Bouquet, and her face was buried in one of the woman's shoulders.

The moment Mireille started to wake up she knew something was wrong. Ignoring the fact that she was dressed, and could feel the heavy lump of her purse pressed into her hip, there was Someone laying pressed in against her. And unless Kirika had gone from 'sleeping on the far side of the bed in a little ball' to being remarkably touchy, it meant someone else was here.

Which meant it was the damn community again.

She muttered something unprintable to herself in Corsican as she opened her eyes, sitting up slowly. She was on her back, in...well, an unfamiliar room, with a blue haired girl stretched out across her.

To her credit, she didn't panick. After having Zelda turn up on the couch, and that other woman on the bench, she had some idea what to expect. But that didn't make it any less...aggravating. "Hey." She reached out to shake the girl on the shoulder gently. "Where am I?"

Japanese. Perfect. Mireille barely spoke that language at all...but at least she could recognize it. "Hey, hey!" She reached out to grab the girl by the wrist before she got too far away, not willing to go through another wave of that feeling awful from yesterday. "It's alright, okay? Calm down."

She offered the other a weak sort of smile, sitting up a bit more now, checking herself over. She was dressed in her red shirt and black skirt, but her feet were bare, and she had her purse...which was probably why she wasn't panicking. Her Walther was in the purse...the gun was almost a security blanket for her.

When the other finally calmed down, Mireille loosened her grip on the girls wrist. She didn't let go of course, she just went from vice-like to simply holding the other to make sure she didn't accidentally let go. "It's alright, okay? I'm Mireille...am I in Japan?"

She was pretty sure from the japanese, but it never hurt to ask.

Mireille was startled, but it made sense considering the womans blue hair. "Yeah, a few days ago." She nodded her head, shifting then to slide off the bed, looking around the room slowly. She wasn't sure where Minato was...the name didn't sound familiar, but it was possible it was a small town she wasn't aware of. Quite likely, really, since she'd only memorized the maps immediately surrounding Tokyo.

Suddenly, she paused, standing there holding the others arms. "This means I 'hoped.'" She seems quite startled by this...perhaps because she was asleep through it.

It was a good thing Karen didn't speak French, because what Mireille was saying in french was not for young ears! But after a moment she seemed to calm herself down a bit, and offered the other a smile. "Sorry about that. It was just. I don't know. I was not expecting this."

She'd been lucky so far, both her 'virused' people had come to her. She had almost convinced herself it was going to keep working out like that. Except it obviously wasn't. "I guess we're stuck with each other for the day, huh?"

I can't Awesome today. I have the Fail.

"No, I guess I'm a bit too old for that, aren't I?" Mireille said with a little smile, moving to sit down on the edge of the blue-haired girls bed, reaching up to run her fingers across her eyes to clear them. Then her hand went hunting around through where she had woken up until she found her purse and tugged it unconsciously onto her lap, feeling the familiar shape of her Walther P99 through the material.

"Are you able to miss school without an issue?" She asked as she turned to Karen. Mireille had not attended much school in the proper sense...she'd been home schooled before her parents were killed, and while she had attended school in France, her attendance had been...somewhat poor.

"I see. I did not explain this to Kirika, perhaps I should have...she may be concerned that I have simply disappeared." Mireille frowned as she sat there, watching the other hunt for her phone.

"So this is something you've had to get used to? Making up excuses?" Mireille grinned and held up an invisible phone to her ear. "I'm sorry, I can't come to school today, I woke up with a french woman in my bed."

"Yes, I suppose that wouldn't go over very well. Although really, could they do anything about it? It's not like it should effect your schooling..." Mireille was the sort that felt chunks of life should be seperate. One shouldn't matter to the other, as it were.

"She never checks email, I'm not even sure she knows the password for the laptop." Mireille shook her head. "Although it's always possible I guess." She considered the computer for a moment, then shook her head. "Nah."

Mireille nodded her head at that. She could understand local drama and politics well enough, she'd been part of something very similar until her parents death.

"So I suppose we just kill time here until it sends me back?"
